Research
Understanding challenges faced by families during COVID-19
Our research focused on understanding how parents and children adapted to home isolation during the pandemic. Interviews and surveys revealed common themes around balancing responsibilities, maintaining engagement, and reducing daily stress.
Key findings:
Many parents struggled balancing work and childcare
Children became disengaged during prolonged isolation
Parents valued simplicity and flexibility in digital tools

The visual direction focused on creating a friendly and approachable experience for both parents and children. Bright colors, rounded components, and playful illustrations helped reinforce an engaging and lightweight interaction style.
